A nice example of the Bridge landscape series painted by David Shannon 1988. This painting is titled Two Bridges. Original purchase label from Brooker Gallery (Wellington) affixed to back.
A similar work of much smaller size (31x26cm) sold 2017 at International Art Centre for $612. This painting is almost 6 times the size. Another of similar size but arguably a nicer scene with crosses across an ocean sold for $4275 2005 at Webb's.
