An extremely rare Art Deco Arthur Wood Toadstool teapot. The final on the top of the teapot is sly looking pixie character resting his / her chin on hand and one leg bent up towards the head. Very sweet with flowers around the toadstool which base forms the Pixies home. I have never seen another of these and imagine not many were ever made due to the complexity of the mould.
A teaset marked 'AUTUMN' - T.F.&8. Ltd - Made in England. We presume the AUTUMN reflects the pattern of autumn leaves and flowers.
The set includes 2x trios, teapot, sugar bowl and creamer.
