Because items are stored, we try to book courier or have available for pickup within three working days from cleared payment. All items are sent Signature Required.

While we try to keep Courier Costs as low as possible, they have increased a great deal, and sometimes our system gets things wrong.

Our prefered method of payment is Bank Deposit, however we offer a Credit/Debit Card payment option as an option. This facility incurs fees that are non-refundable and as such we will be unable to refund at any time.

Insurance cover is not always available, and where it is it will be limited to that provided by Courier (normally NZ$2000 max). At a time a non-delivery or damage we will work with you to facilitate calim. You may be able to use your own contents insurance.
