The infamous vintage animatronic chimp toy - which brought joy and a barrel of laughs to tons of mid-century children, now considered very collectable.
When turned on this chimp clangs its cymbols while moving his head back and forward, waiting for someone to push its head. Stand back, once the button is pushed it launches into a chorus of eye popping (yes the eye pop out), lips pull back to show teeth and screeches - just the thing to scare little kiddies.
Made in Japan circa 1955, this wonderful toy runs on two D sized batteries.

All very nice including the battery compartment.
