Lladro - Model #5451: Study Buddies
A Lladró brand porcelain figurine entitled Study Buddies. This figurine, hand made in Spain introduced 1987, depicts a boy with book in hand, taking a break from study, looking at a bird that landed nearby. His study body, the dog, is also pretty keen on the bird too :)
