International and large item shipping is by arrangement only, shipping costs are so dynamic we are unable to automate the calculation - please contact us to receive a quote.
Credit Card payments are generally accepted, however we are moving and as such items have proven to be difficult to locate - as such please feel free to contact us to locate the items first (we will then enable credit card payment for you).

- Availability & Shipping
Because items are stored, it can take up to 3 working days from cleared payment to have ready for collection or courier - we typically send packages out each Tuesday.
While we try to keep Courier Costs low, sometimes our system gets things wrong - please contact us if you think there is an error with shipping calculations.

Our prefered method of payment is Bank Deposit, however Credit/Debit Card payment is offered as an option. Paying by card incurs non-refundable fees that we do not refund.
- International Shipping
Please contact us to arrange a quote for shipping.
Items shipped internationally are set to be abandoned where delivery is not possible. Please ensure you provide a shipping address where someone is available to receive. PO Boxes can be rejected by some country couriers so are not recommended.
- Courier Insurance
We can not provide insurance for transit, however where a non-delivery or damage has occurred we will work with you to facilitate claim through the courier where possible - you may be able to use your own contents insurance. Shipping is done so entirely at your own risk.
To achieve transit insurance please use the thrid party PackSend option provided.
