Black Beech & Honeydew

Her account of her childhood and adolescence in Christchurch, New Zealand, captures all the joys, fears and hopes of growing up, and transmits her gradual awareness of the special flavour of life in her native land. From her parents both gifted amateur actors, she inherited a love of the theatre. Her work in drama has encompassed play-writing, acting, and a series of Shakepearean production with university students.
